Q:  How do I subscribe to WinREO?

A:  Click= here to subscribe for our 14 day free trial.

 

Q: What train= ing is available?

A: As soon as you have registered, contact us for FREE= phone training.  Our goal is to get = you going as quickly as possible.

 

Q:  Can the WinREO team help me with the transition to WinREO?

A:  Yes!<= span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>  You can use the WinREO installation Wizard to set-up your environment or we can take your existing data (in Excel spreadsheets), and move it into = WinREO for you – at no additional charge.&n= bsp; We can have you up an running in as little as two business days!

 

Q:  Why is WinREO Web Based?

A:  We continually update the application with new and enhanced features.  Being web-based allows us to accom= plish this, without having you to download/install new software on your computer.=   You are able to access your invent= ory from any place (with internet access), at any time.

 

Q: How often = is WinREO updated with new functionality?

A:  We up= date WinREO regularly, sometimes multiple times per month, to provide you with ongoing enhancements, additional functionality, = and modifications needed based on the shifting requirements of the REO industry= .

 

Q: Does WinREO track property expenses?=

A:  Yes! = Tasks which remind you to track and allow you to record such information are automatically triggered at the appropriate times.

 

Q: Does WinREO allow for photo and document upload?

A:  Yes!<= span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>  You can upload individual or group= s of documents and photos.  You can= then search/retrieve them when needed.

 

Q: What is th= e Cost of WinREO?

A:  There= is no cost to get the 14 day trial period.  As part of this you can receive two FREE training sessions (one to s= etup WinREO, and the other to use it).  At the end of this perio= d (if you do not cancel), you will be charged a one time setup fee of $199.00 to cover the cost of these and future training sessions, as well as a monthly = fee of $39.95.  There are NO per property monthly fees, there are NO per-transaction fees, there are NO per-= user fees, and there are no additional fees. Payments are handled in a secure environment using PayPal.

 

Q:  What if I decide to cancel WinREO?

A:  We ho= pe you will not want to cancel.  You = can however do so, at any time, yourself, via a link on the website.  Your credit card payments will be immediately terminated.  There= is no need to email us, and request cancelation – you are in control!

 

Q:  Is there a limit to the number of properties I can manage in WinREO?

A:  No.  You can manage as many properties = as you have at no additional cost.

 

Q:  Is there a limit to the number of = users I can set-up?

A:  You c= an set up each of your assistants / team members as a user in the WinREO system at no additional cost.

 

Q: Is WinREO the appropriate software for your needs= ?

A:  If yo= u are an REO agent or broker, working on your own, have an assistant or an REO team = or you are an agent trying to penetrate the REO industry, WinREO is right for you.  WinREO will help you automate each step of the= REO process as much as possible.

 

Q:  I am trying to break into the REO industry.  Is this software ri= ght for me?

A:  Yes!<= span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>  There are those that claim that th= ey can get you REO listings if you subscribe to their services.  We believe that this is not possible.  Paying for software= does not provide REO.  However, subscribing to WinREO (on a mo= nth-to month basis, with no long term contract) can help.  You can use WinREO to setup ‘practice’ REO properties in the system, and use its automated task triggering to learn each step of the REO process.  This way, by the time you do get y= our first REO with your business development efforts, you will be ready to use = WinREO to manage it.  Doing an excellent job on your fir= st REO will earn you the ability to receive additional REOs from your first client, and work on additional accounts.  Remember – it is not simple to acquire a new client, but it is very simple to lose a client.  It is important you know the REO process well and practice it!
